Cycling’s international governing body announced Monday that seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong, pictured in this file photo from May 20, 2010 in Visalia, California at the Tour of California, was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and all prize money he won from 1998 and be banned from further professional sports competition.
